By using unvig.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What Unvig is
Unvig is an information service. It publishes probabilities derived from publicly displayed bookmaker prices, with the bookmaker's margin removed arithmetically.
2. What Unvig is not
Unvig is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, tipster service or financial adviser. We accept no wagers, hold no customer funds, and give no betting, investment or financial advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to place any bet.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any bookmaker or betting operator.
3. No guarantee of profit
Betting carries a real risk of financial loss. Probabilities describe uncertainty; they do not predict individual outcomes. A market priced at 80% still loses one time in five. We make no claim, express or implied, that using Unvig will make you money.
4. Accuracy
We take care with the data and state its limitations openly, but we provide it “as is”. Feeds fail, markets get suspended, and prices move. When our data is stale we say so on the page. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information shown.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. One account per person. Do not share credentials.
6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Payment is handled by Gumroad, who act as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time through Gumroad. A refund is available within 7 days of a charge. Access is matched to the email address used at payment.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, redistribute or republish the data. Do not attempt to bypass the free/paid boundary, overload the service, or access accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Age and legality
You must be at least 18, and old enough to bet legally where you live. Betting is regulated differently in every country and is illegal in some. Complying with your local law is your responsibility, not ours.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the service. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms; you may close yours at any time.
