The short version: we collect as little as we can, we do not sell anything to anyone, and you can have it all deleted by sending one email.
What we collect
- Your email address and a password hash — to give you an account. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256; we never store or see the password itself.
- What you save in the product — your filters, logged bets and alerts. Visible only to you.
- A session cookie — so you stay signed in. It expires after 30 days.
- Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics: pages viewed, rough location, device type. This uses cookies.
We do not collect your name, address, date of birth, or any payment details. Card data never reaches our servers — Gumroad handles payment and sends us only the email address and whether the subscription is active.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Account data: to perform the contract you entered into with us. Analytics: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works. You can object to the second at any time.
Who else sees it
Three processors, and no one else: Gumroad (payments), Google Analytics (usage statistics), and DigitalOcean (server hosting, in Germany). We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone, ever. There is no advertising on this site and no third-party tracking beyond the analytics named above.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account exists, plus 30 days. Analytics for 14 months. Price history contains no personal data and is kept indefinitely.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to analytics. Email support@unvig.com and we will act within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority — in Romania, the ANSPDCP.
Cookies
Two kinds: the session cookie that keeps you signed in (strictly necessary, cannot be switched off without signing you out), and Google Analytics cookies. Blocking analytics cookies in your browser does not affect anything on the site.
